Responsibilities:
– Operate power washing equipment to clean residential and commercial properties, including driveways, sidewalks, roofs, siding, and decks.
– Assess the condition of surfaces and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and materials.
– Set up, break down, and maintain equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
– Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, clients, and their property.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
– Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on power washing equipment.
– Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications:
– Previous experience in power washing or a related field is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
– Ability to handle physical labor and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
– Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
